Next to Malia, the more quiet area of Stalida is ready to host your family holidays at its beautiful beaches and well-known taverns. With small stores for your shopping, but also quiet bars for your drink, this area promises you relaxing and entertainment at the same time!
At a distance of only 15 minutes at the north of Malia, in a path going through the canyon, there is the traditional village Krassi. The huge platan of the square, whose trunk can’t be embraced by even 10 persons in a row, will welcome you with lots of cold raki and Cretan dishes. A little bit further, the traditional village Mohos waits to treat you to Cretan delicatessen and to familiarize you with the lyre and Cretan entertainment through the traditional nights organized in its central square.
